One current goal of this project is to provide useful bootable media of Darwin 10.x. PureDarwin is a community project that aims to make Darwin more usable (some people think of it as the informal successor to OpenDarwin).

The VMware Tools 11.3.5 and later installer handles this system error condition by displaying a message to the end-user, then allows the install to proceed.Īfter upgrade completion, including any system restart, run the VMware Tools installer and select the repair option to replace any drivers that failed to upgrade. If you du a upgrade/update of VMware Tools on a Windows machine, and it has a pending reboot, it will fail and the VMware Tools will, be uninstalled, which is not good, the resolution may not be ideal, but it’s better then the former behavior. If, for some reason, these ISO images are missing, you can download the VMware Tools installer for Windows from the VMware’s web site. VMware has released VMware Tools 11.3.5, this version resolves a problem that has annoyed me for many years.
